Hi, I’m Andy and I work for a large building contactor, currently carrying out work for Leeds City Council. We work mainly in all the empty properties in the West North West Area of the city.

One of my roles is to use a contractor to empty the properties before we undertake building work in them. The company that I mainly use are Britannia Environmental, they will disperse of anything in the property, this may range from large clearouts, hypodermic needles, and full drug searches, to disinfestations. It doesn’t matter what needs removing they can cope with it.
